Hi, I’m Kristen! I have been in the hair industry for 9 years and love being able to share my passion with anyone that sits in my chair! I have been trained at a high end salon on Newbury Street and am honored to provide luxury hair care to all of my clients. I specialize in the Ouidad curly haircut, all things blonde and balayage, and both sew in and tape in Hot Heads Extensions. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointments will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of their expected service. No shows will not be rebooked. I understand life happens but please give ample notice if unable to make your appointment!
Late policy:
Please be sure to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment and take into consideration traffic and parking. Arriving late may result in your appointment being limited or rescheduled. If you are running behind please give me a call or send me a text to let me know.
No refunds. I would be happy to make any adjustments to a cut or color within 7 days of your original appointment. Anything after 7 days will be charged accordingly.
